Work begins only once you approve a written estimate or agreement, which governs the project's scope, price and terms.

Inspections and Estimates

Findings and estimates reflect conditions visible during the visit. Hidden conditions found during work, such as rotted decking, may change the scope, and we will explain any change before additional work is done.

Insurance Claims

At your direction, we document damage, meet adjusters and file supplements for missed items. We are not public adjusters, do not negotiate claims for you and cannot promise any claim decision or payment. Your insurer determines coverage under your policy.
